WHO I AM
MAURIZIO BOI
I started my professional path in Hospitality in 2007. After finishing my studies, I got passionate about the world of coffee and after taking my first specialty coffee course I immediately decided to pursue a career in this field, making my passion a life goal.
In 2017 I participated in the selections for the Italian Barista Championship, and I placed third in the rankings, getting close to the finals.
In 2019 after joining the “Team Bugan”, I won the World Latte Art grading circuit, red level.
In 2023, I qualified for the finals of the Italian Latte art Championship of the SCA circuit, where I got the 4th place in the overall ranking.
